• Use reef-safe sunscreen, and never touch or stand on coral.
• Skip elephant rides and animal shows: choose ethical sanctuaries where you only watch the animals.
• Don't feed monkeys or wildlife.
• Some marine parks close every year (often during the monsoon) to let nature recover: check before booking.
• Single-use plastic and foam are banned in many national parks: bring reusable boxes.
