Health & vaccines
- No vaccine is required to enter: just make sure your routine vaccines are up to date. But a yellow fever vaccination certificate may be required if you arrive from a country at risk: check the official rules.
- Tap water is safe in most towns; on remote beaches, ask locally.
- Dengue is present: use mosquito repellent, day and night.
- Rip currents are strong on many beaches: swim where there are lifeguards.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
These rules change and depend on your situation: always check with the official sources and your embassy before you leave. GoZzzy gives general information and cannot be held responsible.
