• No vaccine is required to enter: just make sure your routine vaccines are up to date. A yellow fever vaccination certificate may be required if you arrive from a country at risk: check the official rules.
• Drink bottled or boiled water.
• Dengue is present: use mosquito repellent, day and night.
• Medical care is very limited: travel insurance with medical evacuation is essential.
