Palestinian Territories
The Palestinian territories are affected by armed conflict. Most governments advise against all travel to Gaza and against travel to parts of the West Bank.
Warning: this country is in open conflict
Most governments advise against all travel. If you still have to go, be extremely careful: follow your government's official travel advice, register with your embassy, and keep emergency contacts with you at all times.

Criminalised or dangerous: high risk
- Same-sex relations are criminalised in Gaza; the West Bank has no such law, but the climate is very hostile.
- Avoid any public display of affection, and think twice before posting photos or personal details online.
- Be very careful with dating apps: police and criminals have used them to set traps.
- Trans and non-binary travellers: the gender marker on your passport is what counts at border checks; carry supporting documents if your appearance has changed.
- If you face discrimination, threats or arrest, contact your embassy right away.
These rules change and depend on your situation: always check with the official sources and your embassy before you leave. GoZzzy gives general information and cannot be held responsible.
