Health & vaccines

• No vaccine is required to enter: just make sure your routine vaccines are up to date. A yellow fever vaccination certificate may be required if you arrive from a country at risk: check the official rules.
• Drink bottled or boiled water outside main resorts.
• Dengue is present: use mosquito repellent, day and night.
• Cyclone season is roughly November to April.
• Medical care is limited: travel insurance with evacuation is strongly recommended.
