Rispetto e buone maniere

• Be on time: punctuality matters.
• Use "Sie" with people you don't know. "Du" is for friends.
• Tipping: round up or add about 5–10% in restaurants, and say the total when you pay.
• Sunday is a quiet day: most shops are closed.
• Don't cross on a red light, even if the street is empty.
• Cycle lanes are for bikes only: don't walk on them.
