Health & vaccines
- No vaccine is required to enter: just make sure your routine vaccines are up to date.
- Don't drink tap water: drink bottled or filtered water.
- The desert is very hot by day and cold at night: drink a lot and bring warm layers.
- Don't put your head under water in the Dead Sea, and don't shave the day before.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
