Éco-responsable

• Water is scarce on many islands: take short showers.
• Use ferries and buses between islands and towns.
• Never light fires outdoors in summer, and never throw cigarette butts.
• Visit famous islands off-season: Santorini and Mykonos are overcrowded in summer.
• Refuse plastic straws and bags, and leave beaches clean.
• Respect sea turtles' nesting beaches (for example on Zakynthos): no umbrellas or night visits in marked zones.
